Straight question

Why are we giving away £9,500 of training?

Two reasons. Honestly.

One. We want this June cohort full of managers who’ll use it. Not just managers who could write the cheque. The strongest cohort comes from picking for hunger, not budget.

Two.If our winners are satisfied with the programme, they’ve agreed to share their experience. Honest testimonials from managers who actually used it is the best marketing we could ask for. We bet on our model. They get to judge it on its own merits.

So the deal is simple. A free seat, no strings on entry. If it works for you, you share. If it doesn’t, you don’t owe us a thing, there’s a money-back guarantee built in either way.

Why this programme

You were brilliant at your job.

Now you’re responsible for five people who do it.

That transition breaks people who were great in the seat below. The data below shows why, and what this programme does about it.

The transition nobody prepares you for

of UK managers promoted without any formal management training.

The direct response

The Foundations Accelerator was built for this exact moment.

Not a generic leadership programme. Not a one-day workshop. A structured eight-to-twelve week transition built for managers stepping into the role for the first time and realising nothing they did before has prepared them for it.

Five focus areas. A cross-company cohort. A Personal Execution Plan after every session. An AI coaching partner in between. And a Performance Partner available when you need one.

The programme

Not another course.

A structured transition.

Most managers work it out. Eventually. This is the faster route.

Five focus areas over eight to twelve weeks, in a cross-company cohort of up to ten managers, all going through the same transition, working on their own real problems alongside each other. Not case studies about someone else’s team. Not theory disconnected from Monday morning. Your challenges, your team, what you are going to do differently before the next session.

Five focus areas

Five things keeping new managers
awake. Five focus areas that fix them.

Each focus area is built around your actual challenges. Peer learning across organisations makes every room richer.

01

Leading People

Your team is brilliant. They're not performing as one.

02

Delivering Performance

You set goals. They disappear by week three.

03

Communicating with Impact

You say the right thing. It lands the wrong way.

04

Managing Change & Complexity

Everything is urgent. Nothing is clear.

05

Building Capability

You're doing their work. They're not growing.

A free seat on the 9 June 2026 cohort. Closes Friday 29 May.

The structure

Three things happen in every focus area. Not one of them is a slideshow.

01

Prime

The concept, the evidence, and the honest conversation about why it is hard. No slides or decks. We build interactive web pages that bring each focus area to life, stay dynamic to your situation, and make it impossible to zone out.

02

Execute

You leave with a Personal Execution Plan built in the session. It captures your one commitment and everything that needs to unblock it. Your AI coaching partner, Tensai, supports you in delivering it before you are back.

03

Elevate

The next session opens by holding you to what you committed to. Real scenarios from your actual work, with peers facing the same thing. This is where the learning stops being abstract and starts changing how you manage.

Behaviour change requires repetition, real application, and reflection under challenge. A one-day workshop provides none of these. Every focus area here provides all three.

The transition in practice

Before the Accelerator

You set goals in your 1-to-1. Two weeks later you are chasing the same things.

You avoid the difficult conversation because you are not sure how to have it without it going wrong.

You are doing work your team should be doing because delegating feels harder than just doing it yourself.

You leave meetings unsure whether you actually landed what you needed to say.

You are not sure whether you are actually good at this.

After the Accelerator

You run 1-to-1s that actually move things. People leave them knowing what they are doing and why.

You know how to hold the conversation that needs to happen. You do it before it becomes a crisis.

Your team is taking on work they could not before. You have stopped being the bottleneck.

You communicate decisions in a way that people understand and get behind, not just comply with.

You still find it hard. You just know exactly what to do next.

Honestly one of the most engaging training sessions I've had in a long time. It helped me really start thinking about what my purpose is and what drives me. The facilitation sparked genuinely interesting conversation amongst us.

Be honest with yourself

Is this right for you?

Built for you if

You have been managing for less than three years and feel like you are still working things out.

You were promoted because you were brilliant at your job, not because you were trained to lead people.

Your organisation gave you the title but not the toolkit.

You want to practise on real challenges, not discuss hypothetical scenarios.

You are ready to do the work between sessions, not just show up for them.

Probably not for you if

You manage a team of managers rather than individual contributors. The Advanced Accelerator is built for that transition.

You are looking for a formal qualification rather than genuine capability change.

You want a certification to put on your CV without committing to the work in between sessions.

Your organisation needs a bespoke programme scoped to a specific business problem. That is what our Performance Partnership is for.

Not sure if you’re the right fit? Nominate anyway, Josh and Danny will read every entry and tell you honestly.

Full refund guarantee

If after your first session you decide the Accelerator is not right for you, we will give you a full refund. No questions asked.

The positive energy brought to the workshop really helped keep everyone engaged. A well-delivered session that kept the group focused and involved throughout.

Danny Leeds

Principal, Manager Acceleration at 10X Managers

Danny has spent his career doing one thing: making leaders actually lead. With a Level 7 in Strategic Leadership from Sussex Business School, a Level 5 Coaching Professional qualification, and years of hands-on delivery across commercial, public sector, and charity organisations, he knows that the gap between a good manager and a great one is rarely talent. It is tools, structure, and the right support at the right moment.

As Principal of Manager Acceleration at 10X Managers, Danny designs and runs the Foundations and Advanced Accelerators. Open-cohort programmes built for managers going through the hardest transitions in their career. He is a Member of the Institute of Leadership and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

If you want to talk about whether the Accelerator is right for you, book a call. He will be honest if it isn’t.

Through the self-assessment and reflection, I decided I need to challenge myself more and make a plan to do that. The content was excellent.

Naveed Ramzan, PRS Procurement & Placement Officer

The key takeaway was direct engagement and applying principles immediately, not overthinking them. I've already started acting on that.

Common questions

Everything you want to know before you book.

We are giving away free places on our 9 June 2026 Foundations Accelerator cohort. You can nominate yourself, or nominate a manager who deserves it. Submit the nomination form on this page before 23:59 BST on Friday 29 May 2026. Josh and Danny review every nomination personally. Winners will be notified by Monday 1 June 2026.

Yes. Submit a separate nomination for each person, each is judged on its own merits, so a strong, specific case for one person will always beat a generic case for several.

You'll be offered a 10% discount on the June cohort and first access to the next intake. The conversation does not stop with a no.

Three hours. They demand your full attention. They are also unlike any three hours of training you have sat through before. No slides, no passive listening. Every minute is working on something real.

Life happens. If you miss a session, you will receive the session materials and your facilitator will catch you up on your Personal Execution Plan before the next one. Missing more than one session is rare; the cohort creates its own accountability.

Yes, and many do. The programme is priced at £2,500 per person. If you need an invoice for your organisation or L&D team, we can provide one. Talk to Danny on your call and he will sort it.

Not technically. But the programme works better when your manager is involved. We produce a management dashboard you can share with them so they can see your progress, understand your commitments, and actively support your journey through the Accelerator. Having your manager engaged makes a real difference to what you get out of it.

Probably yes. The Foundations Accelerator is designed for managers in the first three years of their first management role. If you were promoted without structured support and still feel like you are working things out, this is for you regardless of how long you have been in the seat.

Up to ten. Small enough that everyone is heard, large enough that the peer learning is rich. We protect cohort quality over cohort size, which means we will run with fewer than ten if the right people are not there yet.

Your LeadersLab access continues for up to a year. You keep access to the community, the live event calendar, the masterclass library, and Coach Connect. The programme ends. The support does not.

If after your first session you decide the Accelerator is not right for you, we will give you a full refund. No questions asked. We would rather you leave with your money and our respect than stay in something that is not working for you.

The next cohort starts 9 June 2026. Places are limited. Once the cohort is full, the next one opens in approximately two months.

A course delivers content. The Accelerator builds habits. The difference is in what happens between sessions. Your Personal Execution Plan, your AI coaching partner, your Performance Partner on call. You are not just learning how to manage. You are practising it, with support, in real time.

Still have a question? Get your nomination in first, you can always ask afterwards. Closes Friday 29 May.
